DELIVERY
We generally send goods via Royal Mail.
If you need an item urgently - please tell us and we'll see what we can do.

You can expect your goods within 2-3 days.
Please bear in mind that sometimes we are out of stock of items and so
there may be further delays which you will be notified of, normally via email.
You have the right to cancel your order if unable to wait and your payment
will be refunded.

Our priority service is via Royal Mail and takes approximately 48 hours excluding
weekends and bank holidays.

If a signature is required - perhaps it would be easier for you to have
your delivery to a work address?

RETURNS
If you don't like something, it doesn't fit, or it's just not right for you
don't worry! We want you to be happy so please call and let us know
as soon as possible. We will endeavor to fix the problem or alternatively
you will need to return the item/s in their original condition and we will
refund you your payment (excluding postage charges).
We will only offer you an exchange providing that the goods are in
perfect condition and have all their original labelling and packaging.
We strongly advise all customers to check items thoroughly upon
delivery before removing any attached labels and before disposing of any
original packaging. The responsibility is with you until we receive your parcel
so please get proof of postage from your Post Office.
You must return unwanted items within 14 days and we'd like you to call
us on 0115 941 8882 to tell us the parcel is on it's way to us.
